Hi, I’m Jay. the face behind Shutter Monkeys. I’ve been capturing moments for around ten years, Photographing and filming everything from epic landscapes and local businesses to food, families, and sports. Along the way, I discovered my true love for weddings after second shooting for other photographers — and I was instantly hooked.

When I’m not photographing weddings, I’m normally singing along to Wham! and editing all of my couples albums.

I’m married to my soulmate Chloe, who also helps keep Shutter Monkeys Media running smoothly behind the scenes, usually answering emails while surrounded by our three much loved dogs (Bear, Honey, and Baby), We believe the best memories are the genuine ones. We’re all about creating relaxed, authentic wedding photos and films that feel true to you. No awkward poses, just real moments and a lot of love
